Career Paths at CADER

CADER hires Master Trainers in batches. Upon hiring, CADER provides Master Trainers with a six-month full-time professional development program designed by CADER and implemented by CADER in cooperation with international experts. The program aims at creating ChangeAgents® that are competent to work at CADER and able to design and implement CADER’s professional development training programs. Part of the training is usually held in one of the countries known for its achievements in the fields of education reform and professional development such as the Netherlands and Singapore.
The training program covers a variety of topics in the field of education, training, facilitation, coaching, leadership and project management. The program aims at promoting the participants’ skills needed to be ChangeAgents® in the field of professional development such as communication skills, meta-cognitive skills, dealing with difficult training situations, conflict management, change management and dealing with change resistance. Upon successful completion of the training program, the Master Trainers are certified and accredited by both CADER and Yarmouk University.
The entry level of the post of Master Trainer is Associate Master Trainer (AMT). During the training, the AMT is completely freed from any job tasks and dedicated to training while enjoying a full-time position with full benefits. The team of Master Trainers is distributed throughout Jordan in its main three regions (north, centre and south) meeting CADER’s needs in those regions.

In addition to the monthly salary, CADER has an annual increase and bonuses system, as an appreciation to the efforts of the employees, where the performance of the employee during the year is the only factor that determines the amount of the increase or reward.
